We have been very impressed with the care and compassion, dignity and respect that all staff show here. We appreciate the high standards of service provided by all staff including: the Nursing team, Housekeeping, Catering, Laundry and Gardening all which contribute to the patient experience.

I would like to thank you for the very good care you took of my husband William (Bill).  He couldn’t have been in more caring and loving hands, which would have meant so much to him.

We were always made so welcome whenever we called, which was much appreciated.  A lovely home, none better.

A note to thank each and every one of you for your kindness and tender care of my father whilst he was in your care. I don’t believe I could have found a better home for him where he could have been more loved.
